Umberto Giannini Backcomb In a Bottle & Tousled Salt Spray

So I bought these two Umberto Giannini products quite a while ago, but they have quite a lot of interest, so I thought I would talk about them. :)

Umberto Giannini Grunge Glamour Tousled Salt Spray

The first product is this salt spray. This product really appealed to me in a big way as I love the tousled waves you get when you get out of the sea, and I have natural waves so I thought this would really work for me, and I guess it did really. I was a bit dissapointed when it said you spray it on damp hair, as I really feel like see most change in my hair if I put a product in dry hair. But I think it does really work. Firstly, the packaging. Its plasticcy (unlike the next product) which is best, because it will be used around damp areas. The front has a drawing of a lady with gorgeous hair! As you can see, the logo and writing have rubbed off a bit but to be honest I really don't mind or notice. The smell hits you first, its definitely salty, although it doesn't really smell fresh, more perfumey, having said that I don't care if it is perfume, its an amazing smell! I don't like to spray too much in my hair, as it can start feeling sticky and heavy, and sometimes I spray it on to my hands, rub them together and work it through my hair, scrunching it up as I go. I don't use this every time I was my hair, but I think I can say I do see a difference when I do. But I think before I repurchase this again, I'm going to and buy one that I can spray on dry hair. I've got a long way till that though, I've got loads left!

This retails for £5.61 in Boots.

Next is Backcomb in a Bottle. I am BIG on big hair! I can't stand having flat hair, so having backcomb in a bottle seemed perfect. The packaging is really nice, like tinny, with a silver lid. Its an aerosol type pump which mean you can go over your hair really easy. Make sure to spray it fairly far away from you hair (instructions on the bottle) and play with your hair loads to stop it going crispy. I find it does work and theres not much more to say apart from I strongly recommend it! :)
